Prologue :
Actually, as a junior, I have some wishing for my career development. Job is a tool and I want optimize the tool. So, I can accelerate the meaning of my success. I have one point of view for my manager. He has a humble yet gorgeous person. I've learnt so much from him. I think, I wanna be his student if he is a lecturer or being his daughter if he is a father. He's a good leader I feel.

Basically, you have a skill, but the less is about deep feeling of whole
event scenario. So, you can’t enjoy the event as well as audiences expected.

soon. So, all people will be aware of all remaining stuff like this.

Okay, what you have to do are make a memorandum
for Mr. A, telling him to help administration stuffs. We have to be patient of him, because he’s
a-forgetful-typical person.

Oh, I think that you’re automatically have a
passport. You are a university state alumnus. But, you don’t have a little
thing like this? A shameful and creepy. Hey, lots of cheap tickets and promo
are available now. You’ve just to book and go somewhere places.

How’s your passport progress? Please process and
finish it yet. For any accomodation during journey, don’t be afraid. If you
have some money, you can do anything. Don’t forget to learn about the map.
It’ll help you much, as my experience 2 years ago, when I went to abroad for
the first time.

Comparing both of statements
above, we can see differences between person A and B. Eventhough they have same
opportunity and power, but everyone has their own way to use it. The example is
around me. A company hired graduates and taught them in line with vision,
mission, and purposes. They have developed theirself from kinds of learning
method. Learning by other, learning from other, and learning by theirself. They
showed more positive and educated attitude. People are like you much. As time
goes by, they have known company much better. They have given company values. It’s
time for them to be promoted and give rewards. Will their attitude changed? That’s
all up to you. Most of the boss or company owner haven’t taking care about this
issue. If that promoted person has maintain and grow markets significantly, why
should the boss be care of his/her
attitude to others? The important thing is a rose of market share and increase
of profit annually. The impact of this condition is working environment couldn't be healthy anymore when promoted person has two-face attitude. Good yet great
face when meet big boss, but insulted people around, moreover for staff below
his/her level. An outrageous yet grieve!
The most terribly unexpected is
he has a manager for so long but not forever (I wish).
